Despite being in a highly competitive category, Quickfire has made huge waves in the entire digital gaming industry in 2016. Quickfire is the platform that facilitates Microgaming’s casino, poker, multiplayer, bingo, live dealer and mobile software and has enjoyed tremendously sharp growth in 2016, as evidenced by its providing over 400 online brands with access to over 600 Microgaming games.

This win highlights the incredible progress of Quickfire since launching in 2010. The platform has emerged as the product of choice for operators who require immediate access to the best online gaming content from Microgaming and select development partners. Concluding a fantastic night for Microgaming, the second place runner-up in the Digital Gaming Innovation category was given to MPN’s Babelfish. New to the poker industry, the API is situated between the MPN poker engine and client-facing interfaces, which allows third-party poker game users to integrate with the back-end algorithms and MPN servers. Babelfish adds a great deal of variety to the MPN, which has seen monthly growth over the past year and has consequently become one of the most prominent B2B networks available.
